The Anatomy of Hope

Recently read a book, title "The Anatomy of Hope". Borrowed from a good friend of mine in healhcare

While reading this book, it gave me a feeling that I was reading a novel, cos what were done were so ideal to me...However, saying that, this book was written by a doctor based on his own encounters.

The book highlighted the importance of True Hope. Its really a wake up call for everybody, not limiting to only healthcare workers. Hope can really do wonders. To illness and to individual wellbeing...
